Policies

  • A 10 min. Grace period is given for arrival. A late fee of $15 will be charged to your card on file if you are over 10 minutes late. 15 or more minutes late your appointment will be canceled and have to be rescheduled to a different time.

  • No Refunds on ANY services or cancelation/reschedule fees! If any problems arise during the 48 hours after your appointment, please contact me.

  • more than 24 hours - If rescheduling is needed, please notify me that you will be rescheduling.

    less than 24 hours- If a last-minute reschedule is needed, you will be charged 25% of the service you booked.

  • A 24 hour notice should be given if you have to cancel. Less than 24 hours will result in charging 50% of your service cost to your card on file.

  • A cancelation/reschedule due to lash tech will result in a discounted price when rescheduled ($15 off)

  • No-shows with no explanation, Calls, or texts will not be booked again, and they will be charged 100% of their service to the card on file. the client will also be banned from booking future appointments.

  • Using an invalid card will result in a permanent booking ban.

Payment

Your Service cost can be paid with your card on file or tap to pay (both a $2 fee) or can be paid with Cash App, Apple Pay, or Venmo. Payment is due on appointment day and will not be taken at a later time. Payments are non-refundable
